On February 13, 2025 Operation Smile hosted Sonrisas Miami, a community event designed to raise awareness and support for children born with cleft lip and palate. Families, volunteers, medical professionals, and partners came together in a day filled with activities, education, and heartfelt stories that celebrated the transformative power of a smile.
